Radhika Madan is an Indian actress and trained dancer who works mainly in Hindi cinema. Born on 1 May 1995 in Pitampura, Delhi, she first became known as Ishaani in the Colors TV serial Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi (2014–2016) before moving to films with Vishal Bhardwaj's Pataakha (2018), which won her the Screen Award for Best Female Debut. She went on to appear in Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota (2019), Angrezi Medium (2020) opposite Irrfan Khan, and the Netflix anthology Ray (2021), for which she won a Filmfare OTT Award. Known for choosing offbeat, performance-led roles, she was named to the Forbes India 30 Under 30 list in 2024, the same year she played Rani in Sarfira opposite Akshay Kumar.

Her father, Sujit Madan, is a businessman, and her mother, Neeru Madan, is a painter; she has an elder brother, Arjun Madan, who works as a software developer. She studied at Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, and completed a Bachelor of Commerce through correspondence at Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi.

She follows Hinduism and belongs to a Khatri family. Trained in jazz, hip-hop and ballet from her school years, Madan worked as a dance instructor before acting, and was about to move to New York for further dance training when she was cast in her first television serial.

Madan made her acting debut on television in 2014, playing the lead role of Ishaani in Colors TV's Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi opposite Shakti Arora. The show ran for more than 400 episodes until 2016 and won her several newcomer awards. In 2015 she competed in the celebrity dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa – Reloaded.

She made her film debut in Vishal Bhardwaj's Pataakha (2018) as Champa Kumari, winning the Screen Award for Best Female Debut. She followed it with the action-comedy Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota (2019) and the Irrfan Khan drama Angrezi Medium (2020).

Her later films include Shiddat (2021), Kuttey (2023), Kacchey Limbu (2023) and Sajini Shinde Ka Viral Video (2023). She won the Filmfare OTT Award for Best Supporting Actress for the Netflix anthology Ray (2021). In 2024 she played Rani in Sarfira, the Hindi remake of Soorarai Pottru, opposite Akshay Kumar.
