In the Bombay of 1995, Ustara is a dreaded contract killer known for dispatching his targets with a barber’s razor, kept in play by an intelligence officer who once saved his life. Their pursuit of vengeance draws them into a wider war against a powerful drug lord’s empire, blending romance, crime and revenge across a violent, stylised underworld.
